How do I contact customer services?
You can contact Heidi Seeker by sending an email to info@heidiseeker.com. We aim to answer enquiries as soon as we can.
Can I order over the phone?
No, all orders must be made online. Please send an email to info@heidiseeker.com with any queries.
How will I know Heidi Seeker has received my order?
You can log into your account and view your order status at any time. To do this click the login link to the top of this page. When you are logged in, the login link will change to a view account link. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has been completed and dispatched.
Why haven't I heard from you?
Our customers are very important to us at Heidi Seeker. We endeavour to always let customers know what is going on with their order and reply to customer queries as soon as we can. If you have placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email please check you have typed the correct email address into your login details. If you have, then please check your junk folder as some spam filters can be very aggressive. If you have emailed us and we haven't replied please check your junk folder. If you can't find a response then please re-send your query with a different subject header as our junk mail filter can also be aggressive!
How much does Heidi Seeker charge for shipping?
All UK orders are charged at a fixed rate of £2.50. For international orders please refer to our shipping section.

Do you wholesale? / Are there any stores which stock your products?
We no longer wholesale our products or stock to any stores. Stopping wholesaling means that we can keep our prices as low as possible.
