If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We accept returns or exchanges for all items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at returns@heidiseeker.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund (minus shipping charge) or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Returns of personalised items will be accepted but the refund will only be for the value of the equivalent non-personalised item.
