All orders for instock items will be shipped within 14 days of being received. Heidi Seeker will however endeavour to ship your goods on the same day if orders are placed before 11am. If your item is urgently needed (e.g. a birthday present) please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make sure it gets to you on time.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Your goods will need to be signed for and should arrive within 1 to 3 working days of your order dispatch date.
International Orders are shipped by Royal Mail International signed for and will require a signature on delivery. These take between 1 and 4 weeks depending on where your item is being shipped to.
